What is the best thing about working at B2B International?
One of my favorite things about working at B2B International versus other research firms is the level of original insight, expertise, and thought that we put into each research proposal and project we carry out. B2B’s clients can rest assured that we never just “rinse & repeat” a recent proposal or approach that we used for a different client; rather, we honestly take the time to listen to their individual needs and objectives and thoughtfully construct a truly customized approach, which may leverage some tried-and-true methodologies or frameworks but always adapts and innovates them to address their unique goals and requirements. I think this level of original thinking is a big part of what elevates and differentiates the quality of our research, here at B2B International.
What is the best advice you have ever been given?
When it comes to research, there is one pithy truism I think every researcher (and research client) absolutely must heed, when they envision the results and insights they want to see at the end of the project. This is commonly known as “GIGO” or Garbage In; Garbage Out.

Tie between Tokyo, Japan (because I’m enamored with Japanese food & culture) and Santorini, Greece (for the sheer beauty of the landscape).
